Welcome to FirstTaps3D, a mobile application operated by FirstTaps, LLC, a registered business in Illinois. By accessing or using our app, website, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using FirstTaps3D, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FirstTaps3D. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Use of the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FirstTaps3D for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Interfere with the app’s functionality or security

4. In-App Purchases

FirstTaps3D is free to download and use. Optional features and content may be available through in-app purchases (IAPs), including subscriptions and one-time purchases.

• All purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Prices and terms are displayed within the app and may vary by region.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled by the app store provider and subject to their policies.

5. User Content

You may create or upload content such as avatars, messages, or media. By doing so, you grant FirstTaps, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store that content solely to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or infringe on others’ rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and code within FirstTaps3D are the property of FirstTaps, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

FirstTaps3D is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will be error-free or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FirstTaps, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the service or other users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in the app and on our website. Continued use of FirstTaps3D after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
